It starts with front desk- Just Plain awful! Your Supervisor is terrible, we were told Manager was on vacation. Could be the problem if this hotel only had 1 Manager. They people working at front desk clearly have communication issues with guests. People were lined up complaining, keys didn’t work in elevator all your hidden fees that come at checkout- we recommend this hotel too friends who came with us and they have 2 different bills , they were charged $100 to check into there hotel room that was ready ! Supervisor at desk told them 4:00 was check in not noon which is crap. We used Vrbo thank god but room did not fit discription. We stayed there last year and Costa was different . It’s unfortunate cause we love Hollywood beach !

The rooms are connected to the adjacent rooms and you can literally hear every single noise that is made from next door. I heard some very inappropriate noises and it was a complete turn off to that particular room rental.

Perfect place, excellent location
My goal was to have a getaway with my dog. This place was perfect. It’s steps to coffee shops, gourmet ice cream and the beach. The Broadwalk is also right there, but I saw that pets were not welcome. I walked along the alley road behind the restaurants and then would swing to the front to eat. All the restaurants were pet friendly, and there were so many good ones to choose from. The bar on the roof was fantastic. So convenient, fun, great views and great service. I would absolutely go back!

Checkin was a nightmare, first put in a wrong room, then had to pack up, return to lobby and wait for the right room, now hours later then checkin! Host had not told front desk of my arrival! Really! Room I was in was right over the trash area so noisy garbage trucks and or delivery truck woke me very early. Even getting the right coffee foe the room took a full day to figure out. Hotel is also full of young spring breakers. Not one I would stay at again!,,

The room temperature was set at 75 the entire stay. It was hot and stuffy in the room making uncomfortable to sleep. Trying to get ready to go out you were sweating. Property owner could not be contacted. Was emailed by me and by the hotel manager. She never responded or called back.

Because I was entertaining my son and wife, their was no ice trays in the freezer and the ice machine did NOT work on the floor, I had to go a long distance down the hall and down a floor to get ice. What a huge pain. I brought this to the attention of the manager and General Manager to no avail. They also took three days to get a complete set of utensils.

Perfect Location!!!
This location is right in the heart of the action and close to the Margaritaville Stage where there are shows and great restaurants. This facility is great!! The rooftop lounge area is amazing with a great pool and hot tub. The sunsets and sunrise views are spectacular. Wings at the bar were delish!!
