“The beds were 'done'. When I sat down my butt was basically on the box spring. The bathroom was grungy - just old and tired, black mouldy grout. The breakfast did not have any juice, bananas or yoghurt - things I missed. We didn't get the room we booked - I booked a room with a couch, instead we got two queens. We were on the road all day and when I sit in the car all day, I don't want to sit on a bed all evening - very uncomfortable. There was one computer chair buy that was taken by……

“The room smelled of smoke and cleanliness was an issue. The worst is a large bug crawled out from under the bed. I left at 3 in the morning because I was so uncomfortable in the room. You have a lot of work to do to clean up this facility. ”

“The hotel is very dated, in disrepair and very dirty. Hvac units were all destroyed on the outside of all the rooms, the room had a nasty smell when we entered the room. Then the room was disgusting. There were suspicious stains on the sheets, and furniture. The floors were gross and left our socks black. The sink had a giant hole in it, the plugs didnt have covers on them. The water control for the shower would pull out of the wall when you pulled it to turn the water on. There was hair in the……
