A lovely house in a great location!

We stayed for a couple of nights and were very pleased with the house. It was clean and had the amenities necessary for a great stay! The location is excellent and was fairly central to where we were going to be! The owner checked on us and made sure we had what we needed. We will definitely stay again.

The stay was great. The house is set up in a quiet neighborhood in a great location. I was amazed at how much room was available inside and out. Appreciated being able to use the garage which so many homes dont allow. Very comfortable beds! They went the extra mile to make sure it had a homey feel with the extras. The multi-port power outlets on the night stands in each room were awesome. We dont usually find those where we have stayed before.

Bridal Party Stay

Due to an out of town wedding I needed a place with several bedrooms and this was perfect! The space and layout of the house was everything I could have asked for in an easy to find location! The cabinets in the kitchen were even labeled for ease of finding things!

Family vacation.

As soon as you walk in it is very inviting and clean! Nice, heavy duty furniture. Great mattresses and linens on the bed. Nice to have outdoor furniture. GREAT STAY! Super nice sheets. Great to have outside furniture!

We enjoyed our stay. This unit was the best we have ever stayed in! The host had thought of everything, plus comfortable furniture, beds, back yard furniture , convenient to stores and restaurants yet tucked in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We would 100% stay here if we ever go back to Fort Smith

great place, only problem was not enough kitchen tools & accessories for cooking for a group. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio & visiting in the evenings.

Great Space!

So cute and very clean. Hosts gave timely and thorough information and responses which gave us confidence to relax and focus our attention on our 95 year old (great) grandmother. Would definitely stay again and reccommend to friends and family.

We loved the home. Good neighborhood, and close to places to shop and restaurants. Also enjoyed the museums. Plenty of room in the home,and beautiful back yard to sit and relax. Wiuld love to come back,in the future.

Quick getaway

House was great! We had four adults and two kids. Plenty of space to spread out. Wish it was less windy and warmer out to enjoy the backyard but it’s March so we knew we took our chances on that. The house was super close to things. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house to others.

Wonderful

We were in town for the weekend for our girl’s dance competition. This house accommodated my family, 2 friends and our children wonderfully, lots of room, extremely clean, and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood, it was everything we needed. Wonderful host, quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

BEAUTIFUL!

I've booked many many times in Fort Smith, this is by far the nicest property I've booked. It's aesthetically very pretty, and it has all the luxuries and conveniences we needed for all of us, from the baby, to my elderly parents. We will be back!

Nice Place, plenty of room

Five senior adults stayed two nights in Fort Smith. Very nice accommodations. We appreciated the comfortable beds. Near lots of shopping and restaurants. The fact that all TVs in the property used the same remote was a plus. We've stayed other places where each TV required a different set of instructions. Not good for us seniors! Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The Nest

The house is lovely and well decorated. We were down for the eclipse and getting to totality was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and the fenced backyard was great for the kids. The four bedrooms were perfect for our group. Would definitely stay again. Chaney was great! We ended up with a power outage and he texted to let us know it wasn't just us.
