Spectacular Gulf Front 4 bedroom/3 bath condo in the newly built Blu complex
Blu is a newly built luxury condo complex situated right on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico on Okaloosa Island. Our condo is a 4 bedroom/3 bath unit with 1837 sq. ft. inside and 235 sq. ft. of balcony space, total 2072 square feet of luxuriousness.
* 65" TV in living room and 55" TV's in all other rooms
* Fully equipped kitchen with a spectacular view of the beach and water
* Separate laundry room with full sized washer & dryer
* Luxurious master bath with dual sinks, tub, and glass shower
Amenities on Property:
* Two large (gulf view) pools....one with zero depth entry
* Large hot tub with view of the gulf
* Two large BBQ grills with a sitting area nearby to enjoy scenic views of the gulf
* Beautiful fire pit for night time relaxation
* Fitness room filled with state of the art equipment
* Private beach with secured gated access
