Great view from the balcony, clean, roomy, everything we needed for our stay. Pool was clean and never felt too crowded. Only down fall was that the beach chairs are included but you can't reserve them the day before without paying for it.

Great gulf view, very clean, there was no dish soap and only two rolls of toilet paper. For two of us was fine but if there were multiple people, you would have to go get more.

This place was everything we had hoped for; great ocean/beach view, clean, comfortable, and quiet even during this busy time of year. It was especially nice to have 2 beach chairs and umbrella included. Would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful view. Condo is in a nice area. Not overly “ touristy “ but plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery store etc. very quiet. Beach chairs and umbrella provided was a nice extra.

Really a great location and a wonderful view!! Perfect for a couple with children that are willing to sleep in the bunks! Very prompt response by location management for any issues and will be considering staying here again in the future!

Pictures are accurate. Nice location. Communication could have been better. Apparently there was a problem with email. The couch is pretty worn. The patio door needs to be greased. Its extremely hard to open and close. All other rooms were great. Nice to have covered parking.

Great condo

Great location. Close enough to Destin but not in a super crowded busy area. Condo was right next to the elevator but we didn’t have any problem with hearing noise from people going in and out. Short walk to the beach and perfect view off the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo and property! Could have a bigger sign on the road. Drove past it a couple times. Plenty of parking. We used 2nd level parking. Much more spacious. Bunk beds are noisy, but kids like them. I’d book again.

Relaxing, beautiful condo

Condo was in a great location, beautiful and clean. Loved that it was across from the elevator, easy access to downstairs pool. We had everything we needed, fully stocked. We werent able to use the balcony because of construction but still worth it! We loved access to netflix and prime to relax after a long beach day.

Wonderful!!

We left the mountains for a little sun for our anniversary and Christmas. Even with the polar blast reaching all the way to Florida, we still had a great time. The view from the balcony was awesome! Love the setup close to the elevator and having a half bath made it convenient for his and hers. Great communication with owner and management. We hope to be back in April.

Only issue we had was with us driving a large truck we we were unable to use the designated parking spot . We could not pull forward with the concrete pillar . And someone parked behind us and we were blocked . We used the 2nd level parking and it worked out great
