What surprised me most was the quality of the restaurant and especially towards the end of the week when lobster appeared on the menu. "The room was really spacious and comfortable, however, the A/C was not able to maintain the temperature. We stayed on the top floor, maybe that was the issue. No other complaints otherwise."

"An old hotel but very well maintained. Excellent location close to train station, old town, and marina. There's a swimming pool. Our room was very small, and the shower was the smallest ever. The balcony and neighborhood view was a plus. Included breakfast was impressive."

"The staff person who checked us in the first day was really not kind or helpful (we were there for a wedding and my husband's shirt got wrinkled in transit... we asked where we could an iron or a laundromat and she said no way, but there is literally a laundromat 500 feet away). There was a used shampoo bottle in the shower. We absolutely could not figure out how to turn on the AC and the room looked like it was from the 1950s. Stay somewhere else."
