“I stayed at your hotel from 10/11/26 to10/18/26 my room got service two times that is it. I was out of body wash in the tub and Told the front desk twice never was refilled. I asked for my trash cans to be emptied twice it finally was. When they empty the trash they took the dirty towels out of the bathroom and left them on the floor in front of my fridge. The next day which was Saturday they finally cleaned to room properly. I am planning on going back up to Bonifay in November for another week……

“I stay here often for work and I always enjoy my stay and find it very comfortable and pleasing.”

“The room was clean. Staff was fine. Parking was good for our moving truck.”

“The room was filthy , bathroom sink needed wiped out before we could use. Covered in slimy stuff on counter. Door was covered in filth. Bed sheets were yellow in spots. And no hot water. When we questioned about the hot water we were told that we needed to “ barely turn on the cold water , then the hot would come thru “ lol and if we couldn’t they could come show us. Contacted Destiny at front desk who could have cared less and was so rude. Avoid this hotel”

“This was the nicest, cleanest room where I have stayed in a long time! All the renovations were done VERY well. The carpet is obviously new, the decorating is very nicely color coordinated (the quilt matches with the carpet and the walls), the ceiling is tastefully done, the paintings above the bed are beautiful, the shower curtain even matches the bathroom wall color. It is just a relaxing and beautiful room. Everything in the room works properly. The location is easy to get to, right……

“The room was clean and well stocked. The front desk clerk at check in was kind. The clerk at checkout was kind and knowledgeable about the breakfast, which was well appreciated. Breakfast was great and the ladies that served us were wonderful! Well done all around!”

“Great experience even for one night. Great staff. Clean room and comfortable beds.”

“Good position”

“The people were nice the place was clean but they need to make some repairs the flooring in my room was coming up it look like it had water get under it there was water stains on the ceiling and a hole in the wall from a door knob but with all that said I would stay again”

“Front receptionist is very nice”
