“The staff at this location was amazing”

“Nice hotel with great staff. Pillows were tiny but there were plenty to stack. Kids swam in the pool but it would not have fit very many more than my 2. Breakfast was great! We always love a good waffle machine but the biscuits and gravy were pretty good too! The surrounding area was nice and lots of places to eat/shop nearby.”

“Caffeinated coffee and juice were "out of order". Our tub had a big chunk of the finish peeled off. Several arreas around the building need maintenance ”

“We left before breakfast but the hotel was quiet and clean and a nice place to stay”

“Stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never tended to our room.We had to gather used towels etc.every night and go ring office for replacement including toilet tissue .Had to wear shoes in room because floor was sticky dirty.”

“Staff was welcoming and nice! The room was older/outdated. Ther door didnt lock properly and the extra security lock didnt make me feel that extra safe. In the morning, you could see the light coming jn from the door. It was offtrack snd caused bugs to be sble to enter the room and they did. A few beetles and a roach. The furniture in the room was old and not sturdy. The bed was extremely hard and loud and old. Pillows were soft. The AC worked great, Im usually always hot and the AC was very……

“Very outdated witch wasn’t the issue. The location was what we were looking for. However the cleanliness was an issue. Air conditioner did not work properly, maintenance did come look at it and said he would be back to switch out. Never did see him again, so we just dealt with no ac the rest of our stay. No batteries in tv remotes, no bedding for the pullout. Was a huge hassle to get anything take care of.”

“We loved everything about it. Friendly and helpful staff. So great that they have airport parking on site and a very reliable shuttle.”

“The view from your room was incredible. Your private balcony overlooked the Gulf of America and was amazing. They had a tiki bar where you could get a cocktail by the pool. Those are the positives. The rooms were terrible the places run down and it's a throwback to the 1950s. If they would retro with paint and such the place could be spectacular like something out of old Hollywood but as it is it's terribly run down and not someplace I would stay again. But that view!”
