We reserved a room with 2 queen beds through Expedia . When we got there we were told that wasn't available but they were booked solid and only had a room with a king size bed which was more expensive. Then we found out there was no maid service. We've stayed at many Best Western hotels and this one was the worst. Very disappointed.

Staying one day is good, but this hotel is convenient only if you are plans to go to beaches and anything around PNC area only. Destin or Pensacola is little far from here.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good, main areas were clean. But the room, the room was not. And, the water kept backing up in the sink and tub. I would visit again but I'll have my wipes and spray.
