The property looks nice from the outside, with the exterior maintained but that’s about it. The interior is extreamly old and dated, I stayed in 2 rooms, room 105 and 207 and both rooms were varying levels of awful: Room 105 was damp, the bedding was damp the smell of mold/damp was so bad they put an air freshener for the car on the AC unit. The bathroom was clean but damp and moldy. Room 207 Smelt better but had a dehumidifier running to remove the water/damp from the air which was full I emptied. The room was outdated. The location of the property is great for the I10 and the staff are so friendly but that’s as far as it goes. I wouldn’t stay at this property again at almost $100 a night you’d think they could keep on top of the needs of the hotel rooms instead of it being so run down.

First room we were in the toilet wasn’t completely clean and a wet wash rag was on the tub faucet which was leaking. We were asked to move because water leaking from tub plumbing in our room was flooding downstairs room. We moved and staff was always helpful. Just seemed like they were having a difficult time keeping up with the maintenance of the place.

I feel bad for the very kind young man that was working the front desk. Management clearly has this place so understaffed that the front desk people are doing multiple jobs. This meant that when I checked in at 12:30 a.m. - no one was at the front desk. The phone number I was supposed to call did not get a response. I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes just to check in. The young man was very kind and also helped to get me phone support because their Wi-Fi was not connecting. The Wi-Fi issue was resolved. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had mold on both sides of the door and a lot of chipped and peeling paint in the bathroom. There was absolutely ZERO parking available. This place allows big trucks, and trucks with trailers to take up five and six spaces at a time, leaving no room at all for passenger cars. I had to park at the hotel next door. I guess next time I'll just stay at that one instead of patronizing this company. Generally it was an okay stay. When you choose a bargain basement priced hotel - you have to lower your expectations extremely.
