“Great experience overall and amazingly helpful and friendly staff”

“When reception is closed, we can't borrow anything for cooking!!!!!!! Only 3 beds and a table in family room. We have to pay for coffee and tea... No shower gel and shampoo.... Room is very very dark. Only one light bulb insides the a whole family bedroom. Everything is bad!”

“Elegant room, friendly staff and good view.”

“Perfect location where restaurants are nearby. Bus station and glacier hike building within 1 min walk. Room is spacious and tidy. Toilet is clean and the shampoo and washing gel provided are refreshing. However, wifi is quite unstable or maybe the room is far from the lobby.”

“Although the room was small, it was well equipped with everything we needed. The common kitchen provided all the utensils, making it convenient for us to prepare meals. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth even though we arrived late. Overall, a comfortable stay”

“Everything is good, however we had experience that all the power was shut down because of the strong wind that clashed on the electric power in the morning. Lucky we were checked out and not sure how quick they can be fixed.”
