I did it in 2.5h including the bus in and out, and it was frantic and rushed. Id recommend 3.5-4h total to be relaxed and enjoy. In the afternoon/early evening the sun isn't ideal for the walkway pics, but it's in the best spot for pictures at the end for the highlight of the Brazilian Side.
