"Nice room"

"I really have to say that we had an amazing time for our Anniversary. The communication with the host was amazing. Everything was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. would have liked a TV in the bedroom but that's not a complain. Loved the area.The only complaint we have is that we had issues with our vehicle that we had to get it fixed before we headed back home. Besides that everything was great . I definitely recommend. We will definitely be back in Feb 2027. "

"The staff were nice but the property needs attention. My bathroom was modish a towel bar, had a sagging shower curtain bar, and had no holder for the shower head - I had to hold it the entire time. There was also no light above the shower, making it very dark. I was only there for one night, or I would have requested another room. Or possibly left altogether. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. I would not stay there again. "

"Wonderful cabin, clean and inviting. Scenery from front porch was amazing. Michael and Robin were extremely friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying here. The cabin was close to several attractions while still secluded. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. "

"Totally acceptable very affordable motel. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean & in working order. Property felt very safe, especially at night — VERY bright security lights! Convenient to downtown Franklin. Would absolutely stay there again. "

"Awesome mountain home with plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Loved all the decks and the fire pit - fantastic views of the mountains from every vantage point. The location provides a multitude of outdoor activities as well as easy access to several quaint NC/N Georgia towns for shopping and dining. Highly recommended, hope to return next year!"

"We love vacationing to the smoky mountains and this is one of my favorite cabins I’ve stayed! We saw deer nearly every morning, and the wrap around porch made for wonderful relaxing outside time. I loved the Appalachian stick furniture/art throughout the cabin, and plenty of entertainment for everyone. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat this place is perfect "

"Our stay here was very relaxing. The home is very old and that gives it such personality. Loved the old furniture, pictures, decorations, etc. Our host made an amazing breakfast with homemade strawberry jam and whipped cream. Would stay here again next time we go to Franklin!"

"We had an amazing stay. The beds were comfortable, the cabin was very clean with a warm and cozy environment. We enjoyed that we could hear the stream while we were sleeping. Would definitely rate this stay 10/10 and were already talking about booking it again in August. "
