“We booked here bc the pictures show a hot tub , there is no hot tub. It’s been bricked in. The pictures do not represent the property. There were people swimming and running in the halls that were not staying there. I walked out side and they were running to their car in their swimsuits and running back in with pajamas on and waiting for guests to open the side door with their keys so they could enter the property. It appears the staff didn’t care. They were eating outside by their car and going……
