We went down on a couples trip. It was our first time!! The rooms are really out dated. The first room we went into had mold all in the bathroom and the room smelled like mildew. There was water dripping from the ceiling and bugs flew out the closet. Bed was stained. They switched us rooms and the second room the balcony was facing the roof and the there were 2 double beds and we paid for a king. That room smelled like mold.. they finally put us in a vila after 2 hours of trying to figure out the situation!! The Villa was smelly had weed on the floor and no toilet paper. If all the hotels weren’t sold out we would have left. Our neighbor said they had bed bugs . We definitely won’t be back. Jeff the front counter guy was the only Person who tried helping us. The manager was really rude.
