“Very clean, strong communication and had everything we needed and more. The host has great brand products for you to use, kitchen is well stocked and a delicious breakfast was left for us. “We rented this house so that our Strictly Sail & Kayak Fishing Team could fish the HobieBOS tournament on Saginaw Bay, and the house was perfect in every way! Plenty of parking for our boat trailers, the house was clean and very nice, and our favorite part was the porch with the view of the water and the fire pit. We highly recommend this house and we hope to be back there in the future!”

“Bay Breeze was absolutely beautiful. Nestled in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of parks and ice cream and downtown. The home is historic with beautiful wood trim. “We reallly didn’t fully utilize the property. Family in the area so we were with them. Wasn’t the greatest weather but not the owners fault. It would be my recommendation to fully air condition the place versus 3 units. Bedrooms would get pretty warm at night. Thankful I brought a fan and one was with the place. A few minor things that need fixing - cabinet door fell off and just missed my foot. Ongoing issues with TV but the living room one worked consistently. Batteries missing from……
