Surrounded by water on 3 sides you can fish right from the yard, bring your boat (slips large enough for boats over 30 feet) visit the beaches a few blocks away or just sit in the deck chairs and watch the barges and fishing boats go by on the ICW or birds in the wetlands just across the water.
