"A very deep cleaning of the bedroom window sills..had lots of mouse droppings and mouse hair..a health hazard. The toilet tank and bowl barely got cleaned. The counters and fridge were sticky and someone sprayed an entire can of air freshener to cover up what smell like smoke. Also the living room sofa is so bad..you sink down 6 inches..which gave us back aches. We sat on the dining chairs or the floor. The sofa cushions had lots of hair and crumbs..not cleaned. Mary is a very creative artist and has decorated the cottage beautifully and provided absolutely everything we needed for our stay.
