Terrible experience. The room had a strong smoke odor despite being advertised as non-smoking. We discovered a bed bug crawling on our infant during the night and had photo evidence of the bug and blood stains on the sheets. Management denied the incident, refused to take responsibility, and blocked our refund request through Expedia. Disgusting environment and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid this hotel.
