I liked the free breakfast however the juice was rotten and not a big variety. Also the pool had a green tint, and the whole bottom if the the pool was green with alge. The hot tob seems to not be worki g properly as well. Housekeeping never came to my room during my 4 day stay. Only seen an employee 3 times in my 4 day stay. ....

Reserved 3 rooms, all of them had a bed and a couch bed. All the beds were good but 2 of the couch beds had questionable stains all over them and on one of them the springs were broken so that almost half the mattress went through the dram and to the ground. I brought it up to the front desk and was told that they were fully booked but he would inform the managers in the morning. That didn’t bother me that much, it was late and I understood, but nothing was done about it the entire 3 nights we stayed there and when I brought it up again at checkout I was just told “there’s nothing we can do” with absolutely no apology for the situation

Really needs some updates! Stains on furniture. Television was very small and on a table lower than the bed. Those need to be up on the wall. Won't be back.

I liked that it was close to where I was performing on Saturday night which was at Stoney Creek up the street. I just needed a place to crash for the night so couldn't justify spending the higher rates elsewhere. I tried 2 times to check-in early, the first at 1230pm, the second at 230pm and both times they said they had no clean rooms until 3pm. I find this hard to believe, and early check-in would have been a courtesy that I would have very much enjoyed as I wasn't done until after midnight and then had to check-in completely drained. A little customer service and accommodation would go far. Overall, it was a rock hard mattress, but the room was clean and served its purpose.

The worst part of the hotel was the pool and hot tub were both freezing cold!! That was what we were looking for the most!
