This hotel is very family-friendly and offers a wide variety of activities, amenities, and guest services. Overall, we had a great experience. The only area for improvement would be customer service, as some staff members, including housekeeping, could be more welcoming and attentive. Since this is a timeshare resort, the sales team goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful stay by providing information about activities, special offers, and resort benefits. We loved our stay and would definitely return. The excellent amenities and convenient proximity to the theme parks are major advantages that make this resort a great choice for families.
