"I was given a room where next to it, at 7AM they started doing construction and they were hitting the wall and it was a horrible noise. I was not able to sleep. If they know they are doing construction why would you put a guest in the room next door? I asked for another room, I had to go back and ask again around 2pm and finally they gave it to me. "

"This property is under major renovation with the entire first floor unusable. There was major dust from the sanding that permeated throughout the entire hotel. My son and I got sick during our stay at this property. "

"Place needs a slight renovation. The elevators is slow and doesn’t seem to work half the time. When I was there, there was no hot water for hours. The breakfast is okay. They can definitely upgrade the TV programming as well. The staff wasn’t rude but not very attentive either."

Will never book this hotel again, and I travel to Syracuse often. This room was booked 6 months in advance, my room should have been reserved! "
