“La Lanterna is a modern 3* hotel located on the outskirts of Castelnuovo, about a 15 min walk from the town centre. It has a good public restaurant, a separate breakfast room and a swimming pool. Rooms are spacious and comfortable…my bathroom had a whirlpool bath. The staff were friendly and the food good. There were a couple of niggles: neither of our rooms had a working safe and the fridges had been removed, which was a pity. That aside, we enjoyed the stay, thought it good value and would……

The room was like... going back in time! So charming! The room had air conditioning, and the bathroom is great, quite new. Staff is extremely friendly.
