“I arrived late. The room rate was pretty high. It was graduation weekend. So I guess they were looking to cash in.
The room was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Shower was walk in.
Brandi at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
The breakfast was kinda thin on selection.”

“Room wasn’t ready at check in (arrived at 3:30 pm) and couldn’t be switched due to booking through Expedia. We had an event that night I was needing to get ready for so the additional wait time was stressful. The window in our room did not work so I could not lower or raise the blinds, which limited the natural light in the room. When brought to the front desks attention, they said they were aware and did not offer any further solution. Room was spacious and clean but the shower was a little……

“The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good.
Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress.
We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead.
Overall a good experience for a one night stay.”

“The employees are what make this hotel so special. From the front desk to the people who set up the breakfast buffet just the people who are vacuuming the hallways. They smiled when they saw you coming they said good morning. They just made you feel good.”
