“晚上才入住酒店，沒有水提供，要換衣服去大堂購買，真的有點感覺服務太差了”

“Terry went above and beyond to help us out when we stayed there for my sons wedding near by. The rest of the staff was also excellent. Very clean property and room.”

“Sutton was an old coal and lumber town. Now is abandoned. the owner of this place is trying to to save some of the grandeur it once enjoyed .The hotel has 2 buildings and the decor in both of them is amazing It is a really relaxing place. The hostess is a coal miners daughter that keeps the West Virginia charm. The innkeeper is from Colombia. He serves a strong colombian coffee and delicious arepas. What a combination ,never expect it .Help this people save part of history”

“Worked for our quick half stop trip down south for 8 howeverthe place was not clean and one of the rooms had mold and stains on the ceiling. Unusable and disgusting room. There was also a musty smell in the entire place. In the end you get what you pay for.”
