"The service and cleanliness of the Guesthouse are fabulous. It serves a great breakfast. I gave 4 stars to the area around the facility, outside the gate, just to call attention to it being a mile from the center of Windhoek. The walk was not a problem for me, but it could be for a lot of folk. The management can order a car, and many tours will pick you up there."

"The spacious 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was well-equipped, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Location was great -- close to the center of the city on a quiet street. The staff members were helpful and pro-active. Excellent stay in every way."

"It was a very lovely stay. Staff were super friendly. The only thing I’d say is that there was not enough parking to accommodate guests so often had to park behind other cars. And a small fridge in the rooms would have been great too. But other than that really enjoyed our stay."

I received two different codes for the lockbox, before realizing I was using the wrong one. There was no instruction for internet and although we finally manage to connect after locating rhe router behind the tv, the connection was very poor. So overall a great place but guest management could be better."

"Lorenzo the receptionist was very helpful and tried his best to make the guest feels comfortable and he will work so hard to find out the answers to guests questions. The manager or owner is very professional and protective of her guests. She tries her best to make the guest feels safe. The breakfast was just ok but the staff were very good . The rooms lacked a bit of privacy as people can see through my window if I am having shower. It’s not cheap for the conditions and services they provide . "
