There is a bedroom on each of the 3 levels, each with their own full bath:
Bedroom 1 offers a king sized bed on the main level, which can accommodate up to 2 adults
Bedroom 2 offers a king sized bed on the top level, which can accommodate up to 2 adults
Bedroom 3 offers a queen-sized bunk bedroom off of the Game Room, which can accommodate up to 4 adults
There is a pull-out couch in the Game Room and another in the Living Room that can accommodate another 4, guests bringing the total sleeping accommodations to 12 guests.

Fully stocked kitchen featuring appliances, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, crock pot, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker

★ LAUNDRY
Full sized washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, behind a curtain in the Game Room bathroom.

Start-up supplies are provided including paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom can liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items when the initial supply runs out.

★TRASH
All trash should go in a bear proof container on the back deck and is picked up regularly

★ HOT TUB
Private Hot Tub is drained, cleaned and sanitized before each stay

★ GAMES

Mountain Shadows Resort is located within the City Limits of Gatlinburg and is subject to the laws pertaining to “offenses against peace & quiet” which enforces noise restrictions from 10PM – 8AM

★ NO Fireworks or Open Fires
Fireworks and open fires of any kind are prohibited by the City & Mountain Shadows

★ NO SMOKING or PETS in the cabin

★ NO RVs/Campers or Commercial Vehicles
