Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. "Staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was great, as we needed to drop off a rental car the night before our flight. They picked up my husband after dropping off and then dropped us off the following morning for our flight. The restaurant downstairs, was nice addition. Food was good and it was lively! The only real downside, was that the room was really warm and we couldn't figure out how to adjust other than opening the doors to the patio, which was made the room loud."

"The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front. However, the 'smart' TVs were a disappointment. They aren't actually 'smart' and don't work with apps like Netflix or screen casting. Also, the room was on the warmer side, and we couldn't get the AC to cool it down, so we had to sleep with the window open. Another thing we didn't like was that the shuttle service costs extra. I'm used to free shuttles to and from the airport, which are really common back home, so having to pay for that was another disappointment. Overall, though, it's a beautiful hotel in a great location, just with some things that could be improved."
