Great location. Walk to town and lake easily. Bathroom is very small. Would recommend a night light as it’s very dark at night. Also an additional mirror in bedroom. No real sitting area was the downside.

A+++, this efficiency has everything you need with incredible communication and hospitality from the hosts. Also a fantastic location in Geneva. No sense in paying hundreds more for a hotel room when you can get this efficiency that has everything you need.

the place is about equivalent to 2/4 star hotel like a day's inn, only cleaner. the owners live above, they both work hard, and the wife was very supportive of my long stay - 4 weeks.
