The shower head is not fully functional. Appears it popped sometime back and the water is flowing to one side. Uncomfortable to shower. The furniture on the balcony is very dirty as well. We would not use the balcony although it's a great view of the bridge. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful though :)

My stay at this hotel was okay overall, but it could have been better. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I noticed that the bedding area wasn’t as clean as I expected,the sheets and surrounding area could have used a more thorough cleaning. It wasn’t terrible, but the lack of cleanliness did make the experience less comfortable. With a bit more attention to housekeeping, this could be a much nicer place to stay.

This was my 3rd time staying at the princess. This time my room was nice size with views of the new Demerara Bridge.(Beautiful) the cleaness of the room was poor, with stains and broken sink and shower door water spills out onto the floor, the gym equipments were very old and most out of order. Breakfast had healthy and local options.
