The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Place all trash in bags and store them in the garage trash cans. For stays longer than 7 days, please notify the host to arrange trash removal from the garage.
Return furniture, pool table items on the pool table, and remotes to center table in living/game rooms. Wash or load dishes and start dishwasher. Turn off lights, fans, and thermostat(3) before exit.
Lock the farmhouse main fence gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This farmhouse uses a septic system for country living. Do not flush wipes/sanitary items; avoid grease/oil or food in kitchen sink to prevent clogs.
Outdoor Pests Rural farmhouse; outdoor pests are natural. Keep all doors/windows closed when not in use or unsupervised to prevent pests entering.
Outdoor Use electric grills only. No gas/charcoal. Always supervise while in use; limit grilling to small family gatherings only for safety.
