"It was clean. The grounds not fancy, but kept up, but the hotel itself is shabby. It needs some TLC. We were in a nonsmoking room, but you could tell it had once been a smoking room because of the smell. Cigarette burns in the sink and some of the furniture. Breakfast was coffee, juice, packaged pastries and coffee, tea and juice. Nothing substantial, but the breakfast room was clean and pretty."

"We had a pleasant stay except for the fact that this is the second IHG hotel that doesn’t understand all the needs for mobility challenged guests. My mother is 87 years old and has problems with her knees and hip. We reserved a room with a roll-in shower because she can’t lift her legs to go into a tub. The bathroom was great but the bed in the room was too tall for her to climb on. We called the front desk for a step ladder/stool, but they didn’t anything to help. We had to go buy one for her to be able to get into bed. This is ridiculous. How can anyone with mobility issues get into bed if they keep getting taller?"
