“The pool was not operational and had not been when I booked the room. I contacted Expedia as the pool was the reason I booked this Motel ( for my Grandchildren). Expedia said they would contact the Motel to ask about a discount credit as my booking was non refundable.”

“This was a horrible experience. The phone in the room was dead and couldn't even call front office for an emergency or 911. There was a short shower curtain that would make water come out onto the floor. There was mold in the bathroom, no counter space to put makeup and toothbrushes etc. The door had spaces on the top and side, bugs could get in. No shelves in the shower to put shampoo, body wash and such. There were two floor lamps that were broken, and two table lamps that were very dirty. The……

“Room was surface clean and smelled clean. Some things definitely need replacing. Especially bathroom door and tile in front of the tub in room 309. Nice to have a pool and allowed to stay in parking spot until 3 pm on check out day for an extra $10.”
