Our stay was exceptional! From having my car door opened on arrival and bags being placed in the closet of the room to the Chef Concierge, Dean, waving goodbye as we left, we had nothing but 10 star service.
I must say this was my first 5-star resort experience and it exceeded expectations. The hotel and rooms were beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. I felt like I was at home but there’s no turn down service at my house! We had a great view of the city. It’s walkable to many venues, restaurants, and attractions. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The staff there go the extra mile, too, with friendly greetings, opening doors, and offering fruit infused water. There is also a spa and gym that look nice but I did not use.
We ate a late night snack in the lobby bar. Great atmosphere, service, and food.
I have nothing but praise for this place. It was a truly memorable and enjoyable stay.
