"Clean room, friendly customer service, room temperature easy to control, excellent internet connection in the room. Takayama station and Nohi bus just a couple of minutes away from the hotel However towels did not smell good, maybe due to the washing powder they used."

"The room was clean but a little old and a couple spots creaked. Staff was friendly and helpful. The gym/pool was not free even though i had a suite and the buffet had a good variety but it was hell to walk around. The open air bath was really far away and was given 1 water bottle because i was solo? Again, on a suite? There may seem to be a lot of issues but it was still better than most 4 star hotels."
