“All really good. I was contacted before arrival and there was someone there to meet me. The room was very clean and really well laid out. English was spoken. The venue was also very quiet and easy to find. They take dogs which is great and there is plenty of parking and charging facilities for EVs.”

“The property and facilities are amazing (beautiful, confortable and clean). One of the most beautiful hotel I stayed in. However, I think the staff is not very experienced (or understaffed). I was at the patio by myseld during the afternoon and the waitress never came to me (but she did served other tables around) so I had to go to the bar to order my glass of wine. This is very disappointing. Also, there was a miscommunication between the day and night staff at the lobby so they tried to charge……

“One of the loveliest stays we have experienced in a unique place. The peniche is exquisite and cosy. Some people might not like sharing the common spaces with other guests. However, we had the place to ourselves 2 nights in a row and met lovely people at the breakfast table. A place like no others. There could be more comfortable chairs in the living room if the weather was inclement.”
