“Home is great. A bit of a challenge to reach due to part of the Blue Ridge Parkway being closed due to Helene. Went with the notion of being a wedding anniversary and near a dark sky site. Excellent in terms of privacy and relative darkness. Spouse is 5'2" and had a lot of trouble entering and exiting the hot tub. The mini split ACs are very effective, although it was challenging to understand they all have to be set to AC or heat to work. I'm technically inclined, so this did not pose an issue...

We sat by the brook, we made a fire, soaked in the Jacuzzi, and slow danced on the deck under the lights The host was very kind and welcoming and the attention to detail was much appreciated. The added bathroom was a bonus. We will definitely be back!”
