“The main reason I am not happy is I booked a king room at a lower price and then when I got there it was a lot more! On top of that, they had NO king rooms available overbooked! Had to get a queen and only $25.00 credit. Not happy with this! If I am gonna pay $300 a night for 1 room for 1 night it best be the best and what I had asked for!! Very disappointed!!”

“Very clean. Functional, clean well designed bathroom. Friendly happy helpful staff.”

“Clean room staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Pros: Safe, clean, friendly staff, good location, economical. Cons: Housekeeping. We stayed for almost two weeks. Initially it was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. The staff are friendly. But the housekeeping was disappointing. After the first couple of days when nothing was done in the room, we started to hang the sign daily. There was no response. After a week we asked at the front desk for the linens to be changed. And had to ask again. It was like we were putting them out, frankly.……

“I appreciated a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay.”

“床单有大片：小片的黄色脏的痕迹，被套有烟头烫坏，黄色的脏的痕迹”

“Clean room. The bed and sheets were amazing!! Good breakfast!”

“Xxx”

“Very nice place to stay. Great breakfast. I have no complaints. I would stay here again.”

“I was thankful to find a place to stop as we ran through bad weather. It was okay. The beds were nice and clean. The room was on the small side. The tv fridge were good. The bathroom looked rough and towels had some staining. They provided two towels for five people but they gave us a third when we asked. I don’t know that the hotel is worth what I paid. It looked like a 70 dollar per night room on the side of the road. But I paid way more. The breakfast was just cereal and yogurt. My kids were……

“Nothing to say”

“I reserved at $87.15 which included taxes, but they charged my credit card $104.50.I reserved a nonsmoking king. I walked into a room that reeked of smoke. Bedspread had numerous burn holes. Bathroom fixtures had cigarette damage. Bathroom floor was wet. Bathroom mirror was so broken that only about 3/4 of it was still there.”

“The room was a nice size, updated, clean, good water pressure, and well-maintained”

“Room was very clean, bed was comfortable (pillows were small for a king size bed but ok for a one night stay) very close to our destination which was Lake Hickory Haunts. Temperature in the room was great, didn’t even touch the thermostat from the time we checked in until we left.”

“This hotel needs to close down and remodel. The room was old appearing and in desperate need of a new paint job. The bath is super small with a standard household tub/shower combo with a shower head usually provided with the bare minimum needed when it was installed likely MANY years ago. The walls have dings throughout. The bedspread and curtains are old, worn and had holes in them. The pillows are not Hotel quality pillows and were worn and flat. The linens on the bed consisted of a fitted……

“Quite interesting.”

“Beds not made every day, towels every other day. No one at counter when I left if I had a question. Curtains didn't close all the way so I was awakened with the sun. Greeted properly when I arrived.”

“Close to Blue Ridge and places to eat.”
