“Checking in proved difficult since there was no one at the front desk. When I called for help, someone answered and directed us to the bar next door for assistance. The room we reserved and paid for was not the one we received, so I called again. I was told they weren’t sure how I managed to book that room and had tried to contact us to resolve the issue, but since we were traveling on motorcycles, I must have missed their call, and no message was left for me to return it.
