“The accommodation looked exactly like the photos and was spotless. It was located right next to Kerið Crater, making it easy and convenient to step outside at night to watch the northern lights. “We loved our stay in this modern, comfortable cabin. There were seven of us, and we had plenty of space. The 3 teens enjoyed sharing a bunk bed room. We all really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Because the weather was pretty warm, we were also able to spend time relaxing in the outdoor area. Communication was great. Checking in and out was very easy. Would totally stay here again!!”

“The amount of detail and care put into the creation of this property is incredible. The yurt was cosy and welcoming. The owners were so kind, telling us about their wonderful chickens and letting us try to pet them. Communication was immediate and very understanding and professional. “We had an amazing 2 nights in yurt Freya. Rick was a thoughtful and friendly host who really made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. The space itself is beautiful with many fun little touches, and we were extremely comfortable during our stay. The breakfast each day was also amazing. If you are looking at this listing and thinking you might enjoy staying in a funky little space like this, I absolutely recommend it as a base of operations for your southern Iceland/golden……

“The property itself is wonderful and the home is very clean, current, and amenable. Being a new property, there are many positives to the home and property. Unfortunately, being a new property also means some issues with management need to be worked through. There’s always someone “available” via the app… but that representative cannot fix anything or do anything to address issues. When we checked in, the master bedroom has been locked from the inside somehow… then the water quit working……
