"Really I loved my room and there were no unexpected charges at check in (which I was fearful of on a tight budget). Staff were kind and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable, and I needed that because I'd just been put on antibiotics that morning for a severe tooth infection. Breakfast was very limited, but they did have it. Overall, I would highly recommend it."

"We had seven adults all over age sixty that found the residence to be a wonderful place. It was a nice layout that made it easy to have large group conversations, the bedrooms were comfortable, and everybody said they slept well, and in the bathrooms good water pressure when showering. The place was very clean and the host was responsive and helpful when we did have a question.Being in Boone we were concerned about getting Uber's into Ames and on Friday night that was no problem; however, on Saturday (game day) it was difficult to get an Uber, so we used a Boone taxi service and they came right out very quickly. Also, the taxi service was about the same price as using an Uber XL.We would definitely VRBO at this property again."
