Your bathrooms are very unsafe, with the slick tile floors when it gets wet from the poorly designed shower this creates a fall hazard. The shower nozzle was a pain in the ass to use too.

Staff was courteous and helpful, breakfasts were good, and rooms were clean. The only downfall was a tub that would not drain quickly, and so filled with water while showering. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend!

I had a problem with the room I booked through Expedia not being the one I walked into when I first got to the hotel, but the girls at the front desk were super friendly in helping me call Expedia to clear it up and get it sorted out. They were super friendly in general. Really nice staff. My neighbors seemed kind of nosy, haha... but that's not the hotel's fault. I didn't use the pool or anything, but it looked nice enough. This place is RIGHT next to a Walmart and super close to a bunch of fast food and some sit down restaurants like Perkins, etc. It's affordable, clean, friendly staff, and convenient. I had business in St. John, and will again, and I'll probably end up going back to this Super 8 in Great Bend, honestly!

We really wanted to like this Super 8 but initially the reservation line was super unkind, no one would answer the hotel direct number for hours, then when we got there to check in we asked for late check out due to a delay in between meetings etc and it was okay then next day it wasn’t. The shower head sprayed everywhere besides where it should, hot water never got remotely hot, our room smelled like cigarette smoke because our neighbors were smoking and it was coming through our exhaust in the bathroom. We had to leave it running all night to push the smell out. The bathtub wouldn’t stop so little one could take a bubble bath. The carpets left your feet black on the bottoms. The coffee maker was broken. No blow dryer like advertised. Middle of the night someone burnt popcorn and whew it smelled so bad. I think that’s all but quite disappointed. I will say the beds and pillows were very comfortable for when we could sleep between cigarettes in a non smoking hotel and burning food.

There was not much to like. It felt like a scary corridor on a lost ship with no one on it walking down the hallway to get to the elevator, the pool was open from 10a-6pm(guest very guest friendly) my availability time during my stay was spoiled due to the pools hours

I must say that this hotel was spotless, especially considering the price. The room was modern and cozy, which made my stay quite comfortable. Nonetheless, I was slightly disappointed with the complimentary breakfast as it didn't quite meet my expectations, so I grabbed fast food on the way out of town. However, I still believe this hotel offers excellent value for money and would highly recommend it to anyone.

It is situated right across the street from a Walmart. There are plenty of dining options available nearby. The room is very nicely decorated and the bathroom is huge!

Tv and phones do not work. Asked for assistance and the staff were very rude and clearly felt understaffed, overworked, and underpaid. Breakfast was a cluster. Out of options for breakfast other than yogurt and cereal by 8:30. We went to Perkins. Pool didn’t open until 10 and we had to checkout by 11. Such a bummer for the price. Rooms were very clean and well kept.

Was very convient for me. My mother had surgery and the location worked out great for me... just couple blocks away. staff was super nice. Let me check in an hour early so i could drop my bags off before going back to the hospital. Would definitely stay here again.
