“Front desk person was very cordial, informative for when the room would be ready, seemed to care about getting the right room for my husband and me. Breakfast was early. Coffee hot. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean.”

“Location was convenient and easy to find. Be aware there is no elevator in this two story building. Staff were friendly and helpful. Self service hot drinks were available in the lobby.”

“It just wasn’t what we expected.”

“I was expecting a hot tub. The gym's treadmills were pretty solid. Pool was good. The breakfast was lacking compared to other Fairfield Marriots is all. They had waffles, bagels, eggs, bacon, and other various toaster prepped items. I was hoping for some quiche, breakfast burritos, and eggs benedict like the one I frequent in Woburn. Not sure if I'd return for that price.”

“This is a pet friendly hotel, I get that. But at check-in, I asked for a pet free room and the clerk said there aren't any "pets can go anywhere they want." She meant it. They were all over the dining area, and in the morning when we went to breakfast the carpets and booths were covered in dog hair. Yuck. They need to keep pets out of the dining areas. I'm sure the Board of Health would not be impressed.”

“poor wifi”

“The breakfast was very good! Good selection of hot items. The pancake machine was a nice change from waffles, and my boys liked the hot cinnamon rolls. The staff are very friendly. Beds and bedding were nice too.”

“Morning staffing is a serious problem. Breakfast was set up late and basic supplies like spoons and plates were either very low or completely out. Actual quote from staff: "Sorry we're out of (foam) plates, I have to wait for my coworker to wake up to get more." Oh, and "The lids don't fit the coffee cups." Really?”

“Perfect experience in Waynesboro! Staff exceptional and helpful!”

“Service was outstanding! This is a real gem of a hotel. Thank you to Andrew, who never sleeps.”
