“Could not find the place? Area did not feel or look safe. Very suspicious??? No reviews on any platform? No one saying anything about this place? No one knows where this place in the area? Drove for nearly an hour on a very bad road to try and find the place? After that drive managed to find the road but not the property? Decided not to find the place as the area we drove around did not feel or look safe. Concerned that no reviews after years in business??? No one talks about this place? Does……

“The property is in a gated community and very quiet.The backyard is beautiful! I was the only one staying that night. It's a three bedroom, three bath house with very comfortable seating areas inside and out. Staff prepared a delicious steak dinner with fresh made fries and salad. Since I was leaving early, they prepared a breakfast to go. I would definitely stay at Sunbird Guesthouse again!”

“This place is running a bait and switch operation. We booked a room for 5 people, since the listing said there were 5 beds and it could accommodate up to 10 people. But when our group of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) showed up, they were told they get 1 room with 1 bed. Our group was then repeatedly harassed until we paid for another room in order to not have all 5 in 1 bed. So they basically sell you one room, but then make you pay twice the cost - a classic bait and switch. Even if it had been……
