Cute, comfortable, cozy, clean and so close to Main St, stores, trail, great restaurants and beautiful Reedy Falls Bridge and park. Just a great place with everything fresh for bfast and snacks. We loved the Swamp Rabbit Inn!

Love this non-chain place! Walkable to downtown too. The common areas were nice to have, including the porches, but there were ants, so check open food well. The bathroom was quite tiny, with the sink literally in the way of the toilet, so if anyone has any disability or is overweight, this could pose an issue.

The Inn was in a great location, we could walk to many places. Having the breakfast food was a great option although we have lots of favorite breakfast places so we didn’t use much. We texted early on about a light out going upstairs which was hazardous when it got dark and never received a reply (texts sent up until check-in were answered promptly). Room could have used side tables by bed and one side didn’t have any outlets.

Wifi was awful, its 2026. No excuse anymore. I don't know if its the property or if it was just unfortunate timing. But some other room(s) were flushing the toilet an inordinate amount of times late in the evening. Either the insulation is poor or I had an ill neighbor.

A quaint little B &B with chalkboard walls. Rooms are small which is probably why the largest bed was a queen. Very nice kitchen area. I didn’t like not having any staff on site and relying on codes to open doors. All in all, it was a nice little house but with no staff.

I've traveled a LOT over the years, and spent thousands of nights in everything from hostels that were a 5-star experience to 4-star Michelin where the experience was worse than a Burger King. This is a hidden gem that i hope succeeds but i also hope it stays hidden because i'll be back. it is, literally, hidden in the shadows of new high-end condo/apartments, but is just blocks from the ballpark, bars, the waterfall, Swamp Rabbit Trail and parks. about a mile from the arena. It feels like an old boarding house that has been smartly converted to a 7 or 8 bedroom property. my room was small, but cute and the bed was comfortable and shower had plenty of pressure and water pressure. The breakfast part of the 'bed and breakfast' meant that there is a large, well equipped and stocked kitchen (again, it feels like you are visiting your grandmother's house and you woke up before she did so you make your own coffee and breakfast). This was such a great find.

Good central location to Swamp Rabbit Trail in downtown Greenville. Clean, spacious rooms. Good self prepared breakfast foods. The owners instructions to guests was quite verbose. I'd suggest he pay more attention to property maintenance ie broken dishwasher and No wifi!
