Podere Ridaldi is located in Lamole, a small village in Chianti with a restaurant, a small grocery shop and a 13th-century Romanesque church. The village of Lamole is famous for its spectacular views and cool summer breezes. The farmhouse is divided into three apartments connected only from the outside. All three apartments have a kitchenette. Manor house "Ridaldi", 550 m a.s.l.. In the centre of Lamole 10 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 35 km from the centre of Firenze, 43 km from the centre of Siena, in the district Lamole, in an elevated position on top of a hill, in the countryside. Private: garden (not fenced), swimming pool (above ground) (7 x 3 m, depth 125 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 03.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-20:00). Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: hot tub, central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 27.Mar.. Available: bicycles (4). Parking on the premises. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant, bus stop 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km.
