The House, rented from private to private, is located in the Residence "Les Restanques du Golfe de St Tropez". It is a secure domain with a caretaker of 23 hectares near the beaches (ex Pierre et Vacances).
You will enjoy a water park including 1 supervised swimming pool with waves and slides in June July August and September, 1 calm and heated swimming pool except summer, 1 private swimming pool.
The house is classified as "Meublé de tourisme" 2 stars by the Grimaud Tourist Office. It is also classified 3 ears by Gîtes de France.

Our Holiday Customers benefit from the same services as residents of Pierre et Vacances and MAEVA.
The house is 5 minutes from the aquatic area, the heated swimming pool and the Provençal grocery store, on foot, by the pedestrian path, through the park.
The sea (fine sandy beach) is 2 km away.
The surface is 55 m² completed with a 25 m² loggia (i.e. 79 m² of living space + 2 terraces (on the ground floor and first floor) of 24 m² each, thus offering 125 m² of private areas opening onto a 35 m² garden with direct access to the Restanque Park.

The advantages of our house:
- The WIFI connection via LIVEBOX ORANGE is a proprietary connection, it is reserved for our house; it is free.
- The house is air-conditioned on the ground floor and 1st floor;
- The loggia on the ground floor is equipped with a living room with a 3-seater sofa + 2-seater sofa + 2 armchairs. It is a beautiful place of healing;
- The washing machine is NEW (2021) and makes our villa suitable for family life;
- The 23 m² “Tropézienne terrace/solarium” overlooking the park. This balcony facing east to west, sunny all day, is equipped with an off-centre parasol and sunbeds to create a discreet place for rest and sunbathing.

This vacation rental, managed by PARTICULAR BY PARTICULAR, gives you free access to the aquatic area (beach, 1 swimming pool 420 m² + 1 wave pool, slides, jacuzzi, paddling pool). This exceptional set is completed by a 3rd swimming pool of La Calade, heated swimming pool.
You will also benefit from the sports facilities of the Village-Club: tennis, football; basketball, volleyball, handball, beach volleyball, table tennis.

We offer you the supply of bed linen and towels as an option, just in case…..
