Generelt meget venligt og serviceorienteret personale. Dog meget utilfredsstillende, at Mastercard kun kan benyttes til betaling af opholdet, men ikke til kurskat og parkering og ikke i restauranten. Jeg blev kl 20:30 sendt til nærmeste Sparekasse for at hæve kontanter til at betale med i restauranten. Jeg jeg var tilbage og klar til at spise kl 20:50 havde køkkenet lukket. Det burde man have fortalt mig forinden. Jeg skyndte mig at gå tilbage til byen for at finde en åben restaurant, hvilket mislykkedes, så jeg endte med en pizza på værelset efter en lang dag uden frokost. Ikke tilfredsstillende! Fin håndtering af morgenbuffet i forhold til Corona-restriktioner. Værelset var OK, men indretningen af ældre dato.

Die Lage ist direkt am Strand- fantastisch. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch völlig ok. Die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg super freundlich und bemüht. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt sehr bereichert. Ich wurde am zweiten Tag mit Namen begrüßt- das macht Eindruck!

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand

Wir hatten uns spontan für einen Wochenendausflug entschieden und dabei dieses Hotel gefunden, dass zum Glück noch ein Zimmer frei hatte. Am Empfang wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und unser Zimmer wurde uns gezeigt, welches hübsch eingerichtet war. Begeistert waren wir vor allem auch von dem Badezimmer mit der tollen Dusche. Das Frühstückbüffet am nächsten Morgen bot eine große Auswahl und auch hier wurden wir wieder von allen Personen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Tolles Hotel in exklusiver Lage

Ich war 2 Nöchte im Strandhotel und es war sehr erholsam, sehr freundliches Personal im Servivebereich. Mein Highlight im Hotel war die Sauna incl. der Wellnesslounge bei Wellnessmusik. Die Lage des Hotels ist 1A . Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werde mit Sicherheit wieder zurück kehren.

Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Aber: Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut nicht. 4 Sterne wollen auch verdient sein. Wenn bei ohnehin hochpreisigen Zimmerpreisen noch für jede Kleinigkeit (WLAN, die Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Parkplätze etc.) extra gezahlt werden muss bleibt ein fader Beigeschmack. Hier sollte dringend die Angebotsstruktur überdacht werden. Sehr schade, hier ist mehr drin ...

Sehr gutes ****-Strandhotel

Nach einer perfekten Anreise - Parkplätze direkt an Hotel - wurden wir sehr nett und zuvorkommend begrüßt. Sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch das Abendessen im Hotel waren sehr gut. Das Personal immer zur Stelle, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Da das Restaurant - vermutlich wegen der Strandlage - gefliest ist, wirkt die Atmosphäre am Abend etwas unterkühlt. Mit ein oder zwei Teppichläufern könnte man sicherlich etwas verbessern. Die Restaurantterrasse mit tollem Blick auf die Ostsee lädt bei schönem Wetter zum Verweilen ein. Unser Zimmer lag entfernt vom Treppenhaus/Fahrstuhl und daher sehr ruhig. Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite, die ausgesprochen geräumig und sehr gepflegt war. Der große Balkon - im Sommer gibt es hoffentlich dort zwei Stühle und einen Tisch - ist der Hit und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Bettmatratzen waren sehr gut. Nur die großen Kopfkissen waren wir von zu Hause nicht mehr gewöhnt. Perfekt wäre es, wenn das Hotel alternativ schmale Nackenkissen anbieten würde. Das Auschecken bis 11 Uhr fanden wir etwas zu früh, aber dankenswerterweise konnte unser Auto noch in der Garage stehen bleiben, sodass wir trotzdem den Tag in Grömitz noch nutzen konnten. Rund um ein sehr gelungener Kurzaufenthalt und wir überlegen im Sommer für eine längere Zeit wiederzukommen.
