“Room was a reasonable size, but as others have said, the bathroom is small, so could be difficult for a larger person. Our air-conditioner was playing up a bit, the Reception had someone look at it and it worked OK after that. Only paid for breakfast one day. It was OK, but the only hot options were scrambled egg and bacon. Overall a pleasant stay in a lovely town, being an ideal base to go to the Assen MotoGP.”

“When you balance the comparative price of other places in the area and the quality of the room you get, this place was excellent, and I would stay again. Nice fittings, spacious, etc. It's a little quirky. There won't be anyone at reception when you arrive and the front door will be locked, anyway, regardless of whether you are within reception hours. It's not the most obvious sign, and there are two potential front doors, but eventually you'll see the sign that says you need to call a number……
