“Wir waren bereits mittags im Hotel und unser Zimmer war schon für uns bereit, so dass wir bereits um zwölf alles erledigt hatten und los ziehen konnten. Das Zimmer war großzügig gestaltet mit riesiger Dusche. Das Bad war offen, so dass man den Mitreisenden gut kennen sollte. Betten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer gut klimatisiert. Das Frühstücksbüffet am nächsten Morgen war reichhaltig und immer gut gefüllt. Zum Beispiel gab es sehr viele Kaffeeautomaten welche gut verteilt waren, so dass es……
“We had a two night stay for a combined work and vacation stop in Groningen. This hotel was recommended to us by my local business contact and it was as good as imagined.
Outstanding service from the staff, great location in the heart of Groningen and a short walk to all of the nice restaurants and attractions, and comfortable rooms are all part of the offering.
The breakfast buffet is on par with most of the European deluxe class hotels. The rooms themselves are of average to slightly smaller……
“This hotel is close to the main market square. There is also a supermarket just opposite to the hotel. Everything is good except that it is a really small room. It is hard to open a big suitcase.”
“Friendly staff & very polite, hotel is situated in the center of Groningen & approximately a15min walk from the train station. Plenty of choices for breakfast, certain areas of the hotel are in need of decorating along with new carpets ( tripping hazard) did not see any wheelchair access ”

“We had a great apartment, clean, large and well equipped, with good decor. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk.
My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. That said we were there during very hot weather. But all in all, a great place to stay.”
“The location is close to Downtown, Groningen. The room style is quite old and the furniture is also quite old. There was only one window facing the chimney. When the window is open, flies often got in. No lift nor air conditioning. While the temperature was up to over 26, we could only rely on a noisy electric fan.
The merits about the room were that the bathroom was spacious and cozy and breakfast was great. ”
