I love the city unfortunately I don't feel safe due to high crime.

While Chongón isn't home to many top sights, Parque Acuatico Puerto Hondo and Cerro Blanco Forest are some notable places to visit nearby.

Parque Acuatico Puerto Hondo is one noteworthy place to stop while you're exploring San Jerónimo and the surrounding area.

Super nice

Right at the airport but they have free shuttle to go about 100 yards. Very nice hotel with outstanding breakfast. Nicest Holiday Inn ever!

Great stay so far, I little bit noisy but the neighborhood is great and short walk from many restaurants and stores, transportation is around the corner to head to the shopping malls, the security guys are so cool

Love Guayaquil such a great city.
The transportation was a little confusing to understand, I had to ask a lot of strangers for help, which I can because I speak Spanish, but it would be difficult for someone who doesn’t speak the language.
Although GYE has gotten to be a big city and still growing, the lack of cleanliness is evident.
Concrete concrete everywhere ... lack of green areas or “historic old town” feeling disturbing
Gladly recommended
